Three separate people interviewed me, each asked different questions pertaining to the application I would be supporting and my knowledge and background with debit/credit card disputes. Each interviewer was friendly and welcoming; interview was not difficult, but pertinent questions were asked.

Interview was 2 stage process. 1st stage was F2F round where in-depth questions from your previous experience were asked.
2nd round was Video call with hiring manager and consultant who had basics questions to ask, for example; Why you want this job? Relocation ? Any Conflicts etc.

Interview
I applied through my college. The first round was an online assessment test with about 15 mcqs (both quants and technical) and two codes( one on simple logic and other to search for an element in a bst). Around 40 members were shortlisted for the next round.

one was on interrupt processing..another a simple probability program. I was asked to write a c program to reverse the order of words in a sentence.
Other questions were on my project,leadership skills and co curricular activities.
