Online platform to do a test, after which video recordings. after these recordings, there was no word from VISA for weeks, until they finally let me know that they were interested, only to tell me 2 weeks after the week where interviews were supposed to be held (with no communication in between) that they had decided not to take interns for the position. Weak communication and a horrible experience, better to invest your time in a company that appreciates the time and effort you put in.
