The recruitment process of virtusa is standard. There are 3 rounds
i) Written Test
ii) Technical Interview
iii) HR
Written Test:
This is an online test, consists 50 technical MCQs which are supposed to be completed in 50 minutes. Each question carries 1 mark. No negative marking. Once those 50 question are completed, there will be given only one programming question for 20 minutes.
50 MCQs(testing, java, DBMS, UML, algorithms, outputs for snippets) – 50 minutes
1 programming question(java) – 20 minutes
Technical Interview:
In this round interviewer is checking our technical skills. Asked about OOPs concepts, SDLC, SQL, Testing phases and asked me to draw a class diagram and explain it. Winded up this round asking me to write Fibonacci series program.
HR Interview:
In this round, they are mainly focusing on our communication skills. Asked me questions like family background, strengths, why virtusa?, are you able to relocate ?, work on shifts ?... He also asked me about my projects.
