The overall interview was fine the problem started after the interview when the test was given. I understand the test is key in selecting the candidate and the candidates can sometimes miss the mark I gave the test and was told I wasnt expressive enough which I get maybe I wasnt up to virl fissions standards. So what shd be the right thing, make the candidate wait for the next 25 days just to reject them or inform the candidate in one the 10 calls from the to the hr asking for updates
