Interview
Gonna make this quick - these people aren't worth my time. Had an interview and was told I would be called in the next day or two. It's been two weeks and no call or email either way. Wholly unprofessional. The offices are TERRIBLY jenkidy and run down and kind of showed that they're not this AAA firm they claim to be. In hindsight I am very glad they did not contact me back. The interview was - just don't interview here please - for you own sake. Read the other interviewees review on here to see how these people do business. Just don't interview here!

Interview
Had two really great interviews. Based on feedback from the company I did very well in both. Was taken to the next process of becoming a full-time employee. Excited about the company and the position along with the stated benefits.
Benefits were stated to be, medical was 100% paid for by company, unlimited PTO, very competitive salary range listed on their site, plus certification and training paid for by the company. Seemed to good to be true....well it sure was.
Was asked to fill out the company application form with salary requirements. Stated the range posted on their site. Was contacted back and told the stated salary range was something completely else and extremely lower than posted online.
Top range of salary offered was 15k per year lower than the max range stated on the site. Offer letter did not reflect Unlimited PTO, 100% paid health plan was the lowest and worst plan you could choose, salary offered was way below market value and 3k off of the top range they were willing to pay.
In short the company did a blatant "Bait and Switch". When the salary range switch was confronted the company lied about the original range posted on the site. When shown the original posting with original salary range they recanted. Explanation for salary change was, "company restructure". The role and responsibilities for the position were not changed, every thing was the same. Nothing was mentioned about how the company restructure would affect the position and the salary.
Lip service is cheep, if you interview with this company I'd advise them to spell out every benefit in 100% crystal clear detail.
Passed on a couple positions thinking this company had the best deal.
