Village Hat Shop interview questions

This was the weirdest job interview I have ever been to. I walked in and the two women acted like I was already hired, saying things like "You will be my replacement!" and "We know you'll be great at this job." They didn't actually ask me any questions, they just launched into the job description and talked to one another. I ended up interviewing them for a good part of the interview, asking questions about their business, etc. They also gave me extreme detail on the job benefits, leading me to believe I was hired. A week later, I got an email telling me that someone else was hired instead. I might have dodged a bullet, though. They kept saying "We're a dysfunctional family!" during the job interview. They said it at least three times.
