Awkward and extremely unprofessional. Their lack of professionalism continues to show from their complete lack of communication regarding the interview. Ive never had a company reach out to set up an interview and then the employer not show up and after a week still not give any sort of communication regarding the position. I would spend your time working for a company who can at least communicate with you.
