Interview
They asked 3 questions per person. regular retail questions. what does good costumer service mean to you? was there a time you didn't agree with your employer and what did you do? What is you strength and what your weakness?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
