I applied online and I was called back within 2 weeks. It was a group interview with 2 other girls in the mall food court with the store manager and the Staffing manager. After the interview I was called back within two days with a job offer.

Interview
Completed application online. Received a call a few days later to come in for an interview. I met with the manager and another lead associate. They were both extremely nice which helped the interview go smoothly. I was told I'd be contacted by the district manager for a phone interview but never was. However a little over a week later I was called saying I got the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2016
Interview
Fairly easy walked in told me to come in next day for interview. I went back the next day move to the next process which was an interview with the store manager. After that got a called 2 days later asking me if I wanted the job. Accepted.
