Interview
First they introduce themselves about what they did. Then they ask you experiences based on the resume, such as your major, your past places, where you from, etc. Then follow the technical test. The time is about 1-2 hours long. They are managers, project managers, and a software developer involved. The entire process is pretty well-organized. Also, they are looking for good teammate with certain skills.
