The firm usually uses a third party for initial screening of potential talent. The first interview will be with the President & CEO. Second Interview will will other senior team members.

How do you work under pressure and in very fast paced environment?
This is a search firm so no surprise that they know how to interview. The interview was thorough, and allowed me to showcase my skills. It included time for me to ask questions. It was difficult interview, but I never felt like the purpose was "gotchya." They dug deep to see who I was, what I did best, and where our values align.

Not good, was too long too many interviews with the same people
Would not tecommrnd this company to use as a head hunter. Very unprofessional. Found the entire process took too long to complete and a waste of time
