Interview
I went in for the first interview with the Manager and she was able to answer all of my questions about the position, was very friendly and engaged. At the end of the interview she introduced me briefly to the rest of the staff on my way out and everyone was pleasant. They called me back for a second interview and I met again with the manager and a few other planners who had the same role I was interviewing for. They explained their day to day work and overall job tasks for each meeting they plan. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Initially met with the Director of Operations for a one on one interview to discuss my background and provide further description of job. Second interview was with Director of Operations and other meeting planners.
