After several rounds of very good interviews with people related to the position, I was moved on to a final interview with the CEO. At that meeting, the CEO asked me, what felt from my perspective, to be "are you qualified for this position or not" questions that I assumed I had already proven in order to reach this level of interview, such as what level of budgets I had previously managed. He pushed me to share detailed confidential information from previous clients, such as their specific budgets and sales numbers. I answered at a high level, but was left with the distinct impression that he felt I was not prepared for the meeting and was uninterested in my cultural fit for the company.
