Interview
Formal and appropriate. Most likely will take place with a talent sourcer first to see if you'll be a good fit. This is a great time to sum up/generalize your technical experience to predetermine if you'll be a good fit for the role. Ask them everything relevant about benefits and such, that's their forte. Keep the technical-speak concise for them and leave the intimate details of your know-how for your next interview, which will probably be with the manager of the district you are applying to, who was probably a field guy at some point.

Technical experience, electrical knowledge, and test equipment know-how.
The interview was pretty standard, all the questions were the common interview questions that you can find on the internet. They started by asking me to introduce myself then we talked about my study and experience. The interviewer then gave me some scenarios and asked me how would I would solve those problems.

Are you willing to work outside of office hours as that's the nature of the work of customer engineers?
Asked various technical questions to confirm that I was qualified for the position. Met with hiring manager and Human Resources. Everyone I met was nice and welcoming. I recommend you do online research about UPS products as well as other data centers electrical equipment.
