Interview
Very professional and friendly. First a Phone Screen, then technical whiteboard interview (easy), then ( a week later) a second technical with a Senior Manager, both onsite. Then got an email with the offer

How would you architect a Blue / Green deployment in AWS
I had one phone Interview and one technical interview.
I was told I will hear back in the next 2 or 3 days, but they never replied despite several followups.
I will give the same feedback as others, at least a no and show some respect to candidates :)

Had a 15-minute phone interview with someone from HR. At the end of it, was informed I will hear back from them about technical interview. They never reverted despite follow up.

Interview
seemless, took less than two weeks to get hired, got contacted by an independent recruiter who does work with versent through linkedin, did a phone interview with her, then she scheduled a tech interview with the team lead and senior engineer which i got feedback for on the same day and scheduled an interview with the GM which wasn't really anything more than a chat.
