Interview
First screen call followed by an online interview to behaviour questions with CTO and IT manager. Weeks later was scheduled a presential interview with IT manager and senior software engineer where I was expecting a hands-on and pair programming but it was only talk interview. Asked about patterns, object orientation and so on.
