Interview
First round phone screen with HR to discuss basic background questions and information about the role, 15-20 mins. Second round panel interview with multiple stakeholders including, HR rep, Director for hiring team, Director from a different team, and department head, about an hour.

I see that you previously worked at ___ (further down on resume and unrelated to the role interviewing for), tell me about your experience working in that different field and what did you take away from that experience that could make you a better fit for this job?
Fairly straight forward interview process. It was over zoom and there were several people on asking questions. Most questions were based on my experience and interests. Everyone was friendly and informative about the position when I asked questions.
