Because they were in China and I was in America, the interviews were all done over the phone or via Skype. Applied on their website. Had a phone screening. Then talked to a higher level manager. Then talked to top management there. Also had a phone call with a Chinese employee to evaluate my Chinese (to see if it was good enough for interviews with students).
