Unorganized Interview process and pathetic work culture. At starting stage I was told there will be 3 rounds of interviews including HR. I gave 2 technical interview and after that they asked to visit their office in Gurgaon for further rounds and close on my application but due to my unavailability that was postponed and meanwhile they gave me 1 technical assessment to complete. After that was done I visited their office and further 2 more rounds of interviews were taken and like they said earlier to take final call on my application nothing as such was done and informed me regarding one more round of interview. At last when all the rounds were done they put up the condition to either join them within 30 days or they won't release me an offer letter though they already knew about 60 days of my notice from the start. So in my opinion it was a pathetic experience and I won't recommend this company to anyone.
