Video interview followed by two in-person interviews. Met with executive team and rest of the department as well. Whole interview took about 2 hours and was fairly easy. Office was easy to get to and everyone was friendly.
Video interview followed by two in-person interviews. First was with an executive member and follow up interviews were with the entire prospective team. Very easy, all communication was done through email. Took about two months in total.
