I’ve had similar interview experience with this “company” that involved ghosting.
I also had an interview and was asked to redline a non disclosure agreement.
After spending a few hours on the NDA I submitted it and never heard back from them.
The fact that they ghost people who interview with them says it all.

They asked if working 100% remote is okay with you.

Interview
The process at this company is suspect. You have one call with a “hiring manager” then get a skills assessment to either answer a scenario or redline a contract. Once you return the assessment, they completely ghost you. Completely sus and not professional at all. It’s not ok to waste someone’s time with the “assessment “ and then not even acknowledge receipt or denial.

Interview
I interviewed with one person, and the interview was recorded. The person was pleasant, indicating that I was going to proceed to a skills assessment. I then completed the skills assessment and must not have performed to their liking as I was totally ghosted. I followed up several times, and each time I was ignored. Considering that the skills assessment took me about 3 hours to complete, I found the lack of follow-up beyond unprofessional.
