Here they have few rounds like written test for all type of employee and any year of experience, then two technical rounds they are on average typicality, then one manager round that is functional and technical and then a call from client from Canada or America at last once you get finish then HR round.

They ask all basics only, they want a average guy not a smart guy like me,

then technical MCQ test- Online
two technical interview rounds- Online or offline
HR final discussion round- online or offline

Telephonic screening for the name sake.
Will call to office for technical Interview and make you sit in the office whole day to conduct interviews with Managers sitting remotely.
Trust me they don't have any organised way of interviewing, they don't value your time.
