Interview
I appeared for my interview three years ago. It was a good process of tech round, machine test and HR interview.
This Being an USA Based IT & ITES MNC I was offered a Variable pay (Monthly Performance Bonus) which is a good concept for me.
The Company settles the PF, Gratuity of past employees in just 4 days which is a good comfort for everyone.
I received the offer same day at late night and I accepted it and still do not regret it. I got rewarded with multiple promotions and increments in three years.
