Venture Global LNG interview questions

The interview itself was highly concerning. Rather than a structured technical evaluation, he diverted the discussion on few current existing internal challenges in the Plant, and expected solutions in real time, during the 40 minutes interview, rather than having technical knowledge assessed. To be frank, the process was so unstructured and mismanaged that it felt absurd, for recruiting and evaluating highly qualified candidates!

Multiple rounds of interviews spread over 4-5 months and then disappears after negotiating to an agreed amount. Then they reached back out after months later to offer the agreed amount. Very unethical and disorganized team. And it shows. Hiring team needs to close the deal on good candidates or lose them.
