Interview Process (C++ Backend Developer) The selection process consisted of three rounds: Round 1 – C++ Fundamentals: Focused on core concepts such as pointers, object-oriented programming, and general C++ fundamentals. Round 2 – Data Structures & Algorithms: Included two coding problems designed to assess problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking. Round 3 – DSA + Discussion: Featured one in-depth DSA problem, followed by a brief interactive session to understand the candidate’s thought process and background.

Need to have detailed knowledge. Manager was supportive. First, I had online test. It was quite easy. Then two rounds of Interview. One should be clear with all the concepts and sincere in his approach.
