Work for 2 Days (paid) or Take home, I chose the take home. Once I was happy with what I built, They where very happy as well, but as they had 4 other candidates they asked me to spend more time on it as the other candidates where doing the 2 days with them. I went to final round interviews, They asked for referances, In the end after 2 months of back and forth they didn't even get back to me with a desicion. Unprofesional to say the least after asking for soo much they couldn't even respond to my email asking for a response for an answer or feedback.
