Firstly they will take written test from core subjects that is objective when you will be qualified then they called you for second round that is from core subject when you qualified second round then they called you for final round that is also technical plus hr round

interview always taken by clients of the comapny mostly at any NIC wing of Ministries, they ask simple java question and database. Prepare basics of Java and J2ee you will easly crack the interview.
