The whole process took more than 4 months. I was head-hunted for a management role, but after the first interview with their hr they pulled a bait&switch and offered me this one. Four more phone interviews followed and some homework assignments. Some of them felt like free consulting. Three months in to the process they call me for a face to face interview. Date and time were changed last minute. Had to make new travel arrangements (~300 miles). Interview was standard but they seemed to know less about the position then myself. I called back after 1 month to see what's going on and they tell me the position has been filled. Stellar !
