I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veeam Software (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2018
Interview
Had an initial phone interview with recruiter. Pretty standard first call. My background and a lot of company info, which was great. Then met with a Sales Director a few days later. Great interview. Everything seemed to be on point. After interview was over. I was told I'm a great fit and they wanted me to come back in to meet the onsite Director in a day or two. It's been 2 weeks now, and all communication has been ceased!! Absolutely zero response from the recruiter, who is dodging my calls, and no response from hiring manager either. Just a complete shutdown. I've been in this game for over a decade, and it's is the most unprofessional experience I've ever come across. You don't tell someone they are perfect. Then, invite them back in to meet the team. Then, go silent and avoid calls and emails. If it's not a good fit, then its's not a fit. Be a man and let someone know. It's the name of the game.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard background questions. How would you describe your sales philosophy? ETC..
It was an energetic group discussion process and whole discussion took about an hour among us and we all enjoyed the process. I was thinking that I might have got selected but there are few more stages to get into the company
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Veeam Software (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Don't Bother, You'll be Ghosted. The first round of interviews were good, and well organized. But there was no follow up by the HR/recruiter. Two weeks later, an HR scheduler called to setup two more interviews with very senior people. And again, no follow up by HR. Ghosted. Veeam invested over 10 hours of senior employee time and HR could not be bothered to send a follow up email.

Many questions on sales approaches, follow-up, and metrics.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Veeam Software in Feb 2018
Interview
Until this company hires someone that behaves professionally I don't think it's worth pursuing. They are classic "ghoster's". You will be told you did great in the interview and a follow up will be suggested. But you will never hear from them again. This is not only offensive and unprofessional, but potentially reflective of the culture in the company. I don't know if anyone from their HR organization reads these posts, or even any other executives in the company. But they need to take a serious look at their company recruiter in the US.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very generic questions. The recruiter had no game plan. She was more excited to talk about how quickly the company was growing than ask any questions on skill or career intentions.
