i got the call through refferal.1st round was online test which was held on 24 jan 2017.the result of 1st round comes on the same day.shortlisted students are invited on next day or some other day which will send by mail to come on that specific day for further round. next round is Tr or Hr round completely depend on your luck.if u are selected in this round then you will become the part of ibm but it takes two to three weeks for completing all the formal responsibilities like background verifications of your document provided to the ibm about your institutional education or experience.
