They introduce themselves as head of xxx but they are quite junior and can’t achieve that title in a corporate organization. They even can’t be selected for a junior role in a corp environment.

A few calls with recruiting team, in person as well. Seemed like nice bunch. CEO was easy to get on with but very direct, so be wary of that if it's not your style. My one bit of constructive critique is they seemed a bit confused about what they actually wanted from the role. If I had twigged this earlier I probably would have outlined what they needed rather than try and respond to what they were asking for. This was quite frustrating as I felt like my time had been wasted.
