Three rounds. One with recruiter. One with operations and client services. One with CEO. First two rounds were very easy, staff is friendly. CEO round was difficult. CEO drilled me with questions for over an hour (interview was supposed to be 45 mins.) He is very serious and really comes off like a bully. After over two weeks and 3 hours of my time, during work hours, they ghosted me. Did not say no, obviously did not say yes. Highly unprofessional behavior. I would not work for them for all the money in the world.

Interview
Interview with hiring manager was fairly normal. Vlogic recently merged with 2 other companies, and it seemed like there was uncertainty about what the Vlogic product actually was. I was told there would be 2 more interviews, and that she would follow up in a few days to schedule the next one. Never heard back, even after I followed up. It's a red flag if they can't even be bothered to respond and say "we went in a different direction".
