The interview process was extremely friendly and aimed to really gauge how our personality would thrive in the environment of an overseas hospitality company which requires unwavering motivation. Questions addressed how we would handle certain issues that may arise with guests/ other staff/ personal etc.

How would you handle a situation in which you did not have what you required when on shift (ingredients, equipment, specific requirements from the guests etc)
Was very straight forward and easy felt very relaxed and was just a great chat with someone that was interested in me. Didn’t feel like a interview at all which made it very seamless

- they don’t ask the usual questions so if not one you can prepare for too much
- They ask lots of situational questions and how you would act in certain situations
- the managers interviewing me were lovely funny, became good friends with one of them when I went on season
