The initial rounds seem standard, but the second round is an entirely different story. The questions asked in Round 2 are completely obscure, unstructured, and seemingly designed to ensure you fail, regardless of your preparation or background. It strongly appears that they have no actual intention of hiring. Instead, it feels like this early-stage startup is intentionally spamming job boards across various media, conducting endless interviews, and rejecting everyone at the final stage. It looks like a cheap marketing stunt to create a false impression of rapid growth and boost their brand presence as a "booming new startup." Save your time, energy, and hope. Don’t waste your efforts interviewing here just to become a metric in their PR campaign.
