It was phone interview and Everything was organized properly with pre defined questions and they are reviewing the answer and writing it up. The HR coordinator and Operator in charge was carrying out an interview.

Interview
interview was easy. make me drive 2.5 hours for interview. but when I show up, already feel they have someone in their mind. I do not think it is a fair interview.
