Urvashi Kaur interview questions

I had applied for Social Media Creative position and I got a response via email saying I was shortlisted and I had to submit an assignment (it was a time-consuming and lengthy task). I had 4 days time and I fully utilized it, and submitted the assignement on time. But, I never heard back from them after that, even after multiple emails and a DM on Instagram. If they were not willing to move ahead with me, that was absolutely fine but communicating this was so important since I invested my time. I have high regards for this label, never thought that their hiring system could be this poor and unprofessional! In case you are reading this, please refrain from doing lengthy tasks in the name of judging your skills; even if it is by established brands.
