The entire interview process was very relaxed and everyone I spoke to within the company was friendly. For my interview I was given a brief rundown of the what the company's mission is and was asked about how I could see myself contributing to that goal.

The interview process began with an online application followed by a phone interview. The phone interview lead into an online interview on zoom. I was asked about my coursework, team projects, and experience with electrical engineering. The interviewer was friendly and passionate and gave me time to explain my thought process.

the process went well, it began by receiving a screening call from one of the employees at Upwing Energy. They called me about 2 times and from there they liked the way i presented myself through the phone and offered me an internship at the company.
