As expected, there were three traditional interviews for the position. This seemed excessive for such a low level position, but was understandable given the number of applicants. What was not acceptable were the humiliating trials the company put applicants through. There was a group process, where everyone sat, without breaks, in a room for hours, while 'collaborating' with games and puzzles. There was enforced awkward touching with people who had never met each other. Furthermore, the video submission before any traditional interviews could take place was ludicrous.
