Interview
HR manager calls for initial interview. They prefer candidates having previous agency experience. Education certificates are must to carry along. You are briefed by the HR manager about company policies, job responsibilities and benefits. They take a quick look at your communications skills by making you deal with a problematic scenario during client and agency and you've to inform them on your action and justify it. If they're satisfied with your skills and the way you deal a client then second interview is conducted with CEO who offers you a package and if you agree they'll hire you and train you for first week then you're given independence to deal with client. But you also have to make sure to meet your target business set by CEO that you've to manage.
