The interview process was overall a very positive experience. A recruiter reached out to me about a role and even outlined their interview process and what I should expect at each step.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2023
Interview
Started with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a 45 min call with the team lead and 2 other meetings with team members. A bit lengthy for the position but interesting to talking to potential new colleagues ahead of starting.

Interview
My experience of interviews at Unity was great. I had 4 rounds of interviews and they were relaxed, reasonable, and focused on getting to know the candidate's background and hearing about their experiences rather than generic HR-type questions. The whole hiring team was very accommodating, patient and helpful throughout the process
