Interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Unity Technologies (London) in June 2019.
The process in general was slower than expected, however, I was kept informed throughout and my personal recruiter was excellent in prepping me, suggesting appropriate reading and videos to watch before interviewing, which was very useful.
I met with my 2 unity mangers, including the hiring manager in London, and did a 15-minute presentation to start followed by a 45 minute question and answer session. They insured a relaxed but professional environment which allowed me to be ease and therefore felt I performed well.
They were both very engaging and made the overall process rather enjoyable.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
I spoke with 5 people at 4 different meetings. 1st stage was a call with the recruiter, 2nd stage was with the hiring manager and a 3rd-panel interview with Head of Sales, Business Development and Solution Architect. All calls were great, clearly people with a passion for work and gaming. You felt welcome and the atmosphere was quite relaxed. The recruitment process could be streamlined and I waited for final feedback for almost 1 month. I was pretty sure that they will not come back. No offer as they looking for someone with very long sales cycle experience.
