BE YOURSELF! I CAN NOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH! They are aware of sites like glassdoor and indeed. There is no need to "dress up as a flight attendant" (I wore a nice woman's pants and blazer) or study these questions til you can spit it off like a book. Trust me. I got invited to training just by SMILING and telling of my experiences. If they like you, they like you and they can defiantly tell if you're being genuine so don't stress yourself out. They want to know how you solve problems, leadership roles, ect. so be prepared for situational questions. Talk slow, take a deep breath, and just be the most confident person out of the group! Once you get past the video interview and make it to the FTF everyone is so kind and welcoming its kind of hard to be nervous. Wear a watch, pull your hair back, iron your clothes, make sure you get enough sleep the night before because you could be there for HOURS. Make friends with other interviewers (it will be good if you're both invited to training together to know someone) but also pay attention when needed. Good luck!
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
