I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2015
Interview
The process is exactly as everyone is describing. It happened really quickly for me. I applied online last week, got the email for the video interview the next day, and completed that 2 days later. (You have 5 days from when they send you the email to complete that portion). The video interview was a little nerve wrecking but the questions they asked me were questions that everyone has posted. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! And make sure you have some things to say about yourself. Two of my questions involved telling them things about myself that would make me a good fit for the position. The one on one interviews are the same as what everyone else is describing also. Just do your homework and maintain confidence through the whole process!

Question 1
What experiences in the past have prepared you for this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
