I was nervous about the On-Demand Web Interview. I looked online to see if I could discover "what to expect," but I didn't find much to describe the process. The online platform (you should receive a link) is easy to use--don't forget to remember which email you use and your password, because if you make it to the virtuanl in-person interview, you'll use it for this, too. I was presented with 5 questions, and given unlimited time to prepare my response, which could be no longer than 2 minutes. There's a part of the program that allows you to tape yourself over and over (this doesn't count as your response, but allows you to determine the length of your response and give yourself a little self-critique. ) Once you're ready, you get 2 minutes (and not a second longer!) to record. Once you finish, you get a chance to watch yourself, and if you'd like to "try again," you get a second opportunity. However, if you, after doing so, prefer your first response, you're out of luck. I received feedback immediately (thank you for your interest, we've received your on-demand interview), then received a follow-up email the following day asking for a face-to-face interview. Best of luck as you pursue this opportunity to fly the friendly skies!
