Applied online & was emailed to do a video interview about a week & a half later. After that was told to schedule a group interview. If the closest location was more than 4 hours away from you, you'll get to fly standby to & from the interview, however you're responsible for providing your own lodging. Also my flight was canceled, so had to reschedule my interview. The process consisted of about 20 other applicants, most were older than me but also professional so that's a good sign. After a few senior flight attendants gave a presentation & answered questions, each person was called for a 1 on 1 interview. Several FA's were conducting interviews so this went by pretty quickly. Unfortunately, you only have one chance to impress the FA interviewing you, If they don't like you than you won't get a 2nd interview, & most likely don't have the job. The person interviewing me even said, "we have 1000's of applicants but only a limited number of spots. The questions wern't really hard, but I was really nervous, & despite having a Bachelor's degree, customer service experience, & a spot on appearance that day, I was not selected. Best advice, make sure you find a way to make your answers STAND OUT.
