Applied online. It only took a few days for a response and an invitation for web interview. Web interview is nerve wrecking, but just try to do your best. Few days after web interview I received an interview for a F2F. Arrived to the F2F interview and there were about 20 or so more other applicants. We mingled for a bit and then began the presentation by United. After Presentation floor was open for questions and then followed by individual interviews.

Explain the most difficult situation between yourself and a customer.
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo

Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
