First you apply online. If selected, you are chosen to do a video interviews. The VI is prompted and recorded. So you sit at home with your laptop or phone recording you and questions will pop up on the screen that you have to answer. If you do well on the video interview, you are then selected for an in person interview in Houston that you are flown out for by the company. You do need to provide your own accommodation. At the in person interview, you have to go in with your group and sit down in a room with everyone. You’ll do a few ice breakers, they talk about the company and the job a tiny bit, and then you go into another room with your group where you’ll be pulled one by one for a personal interview. You may get an offer on the spot, or you may be told that they’ll be in touch with you soon, or that this will be the end of your interview process with them. If you get an offer on the spot (at least this is how it was for me), I had to go to the airport clinic and do a drug test. I waited about 2 weeks before I started training.
