I applied in-person. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jul 2015
Interview
Submitted my resume. They then asked me to do a hirevue video. That's the easier part because you're in your own home and it's just a couple questions. Make sure you smile and try to look like a FA!! After that I got invited to do a group interview in SF. Everyone was so nice! Talk to everyone! Introduce yourself. They started with a presentation about the airline then after that you wait for awhile for them to call your name to interview. It's a face to face interview with a recruiter who is also a FA. My recruiter was SO nice. She asked me about some things on my resume. We talked about past work history and then she asked me some situational questions. After that you read an announcement that a FA would make during flight and that's pretty much it. Just smile! And be yourself! And remember if you don't get the job keep trying! I was not offered a position with United but just got offered a position with another airline that I'm even more thrilled about! Hope this helps!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
