I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
I applied online and received an e-mail one day later with an invitation to do a web interview. They give you five days to complete the interview at any time, any place. Ensure to dress the part, and research questions on glass door for they are pretty spot on. Make sure to take the practice questions as many times as you need until you are comfortable. You are not connected to a live person, questions pop up and you have about 30 seconds to answer them. Because you are not talking to a person, remember to make eye contact with the camera, sit up straight, smile and use the STAR method to answer questions. I heard back about three days later that I have a face to face interview in Houston, TX. My interview is this Friday so wish me luck.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
