First off everything is donr by Email. The only time you use your phone is to schedule you F2F interview. the process is the same as the interviews you sre here in glassdoor. You come into a room with arround 30 candidates. they will then review your resume and afterwards give you a name tag. Then they will do a short pressentation on the Airlines in regards to salary,being on reserve,training etc... your Inflight recruter will come into the room and call your name. Its was only the recruter and me in the interview. interview was about 35 min long. Thay ask you various CS questions that has to be answered in STAR format. At the end they will ask you if you had any questions for them. Then she told me ok please come with me to explain the next process. She told me that i will be receiving an email within a week to the next process. I was bumped out since i thought they will offer me a CJO the very same day. I was in the afternoon interviews. So i could be invited to training. I havent received an email since my interview which was 4 days ago. Just keeping my hopes up. It could happen. Very best of luck to everyone applying!!! :)
